- We offer free shipping on all orders to the US. However, a few remote areas cities (PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP) may not support our free shipping policy and we will charge you a remote area fee based on the product weight and size.

The policy described below applies to products purchased directly from simpurelife.com. Please keep your original proof of purchase, receipt, or sales order to exercise these policies.
Refund and exchange policies
SimPure guarantees that conform to the following conditions, refund and exchange can be requested within 30 days (the actual date may vary according to local laws and regulations) of the purchasing date (subject to the actual date the product was received).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@simpurelife.com
1. What is covered by these refund and exchange policies?
a. Manufacturing defects;
b. Product has been damaged in transit, which was found when being unpacked and checked in the presence of the couriers;
c. The actual products are not matched with the original descriptions;
2. What is not covered by these refund and exchange policies?
a. The damage sustained in transit of the product is not immediately reported ;
b. The request for refund or exchange is made after 7 working days (the actual date may vary according to local laws and regulations) of purchasing day;
c. All original accessories are incomplete in the product for refund or exchange, attachments, accessories, specification, and packaging, or appearance damage caused by human cause.
d. Legal proof of purchase, receipt or sales order is unable to provide, or has been forged or tampered with;
e. No quality issues in themselves were found after the examination from Simpurelife Technical Support;
f. Crash or burn caused by non-manufacturing defects, or any damage caused by unauthorized modification, entry of foreign matters ( water, oil, sand, etc.), improper installation or operation;
g. Labels, Serial Numbers, waterproof tags, false proof marks, etc. were tampered with or altered;
h. Failure and damage caused by force majeure, including fire, flood, earthquake, and lightning strikes.
3. The refund and exchange policies need to know.
a. For exchanges, only the defective parts will be replaced;

Returns (if applicable)
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will offer you the nearest warehouse address according to the information you provide.
Notes
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Policy
Thank you for purchasing SimPure products. SimPure provides a 1-year limited warranty on all eligible SimPure products purchased from simpurelife.com and SimPure authorized resellers.
1. What does this limited warranty cover?
SimPure warrants that each SimPure product you purchase is free from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
2. How long will the warranty last?
The warranty period for SimPure products is 12 months from the day when the product is shipped to the first end-user.
A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
3. What will SimPure do?
During the Warranty Period, SimPure will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
4. What is not covered by this warranty?
Defects caused by incorrect use or improper installation not following the product manual instructions;
Defects caused by unauthorized modification, repairs, disassembly, or use with third-party components or products;
The serial number has been removed or defaced from the SimPure product;
Damages caused by lightning, fire, earthquake, tornado, or other events of force majeure;
Consumables parts, including but not limited to batteries unless damage is due to defects in material or workmanship of the product;
SimPure products purchased from an unauthorized reseller;
Damage caused by third-party service providers who are not authorized by SimPure;
Fail to provide proof of purchase that you are the authorized user of the product;
Any non-SimPure branded products, even if sold or shipped with SimPure products;
Products marked as “Sample” or “Not for Sale”, or sold “AS IS”;
This warranty cannot be transferred from the original end-user to others;
Any indirect or consequential damages or losses resulting from the product failure such as loss of data and loss of business.
