SimPure 1-Year Limited Warranty

Thank you for choosing SimPure. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1-year limited warranty on all eligible purchases from simpurelife.com and authorized resellers.

1. What Does This Warranty Cover?

SimPure guarantees that all products are free from material and workmanship defects under normal use during the warranty period.

2. Warranty Period

  • The warranty lasts 12 months from the date the product is shipped to the original end-user.

  • Replacement products or parts assume the remaining warranty period of the original product.

3. What Will SimPure Do?

If a defect arises during the warranty period, SimPure will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product or replace defective parts at no cost, or

  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value.

4. What Is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products without valid proof of purchase

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Products beyond the warranty period

  • Non-quality-related issues

  • Free products, gifts, or promotional items

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, extreme conditions, or improper operation

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers
