1. 30-Day Return Policy

Products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase, except for the following cases:

Used products (those that have been in contact with water) cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns.
Bulk orders (10+ units) are non-refundable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Submit a return request via our customer service email: service@simpurelife.com with your order number and purchase email.
Once approved, we will provide the return address.
Returned items must include all original packaging and accessories; missing components may affect the refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Quality-related returns: SimPure covers the return shipping cost.
Non-quality-related returns: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Unauthorized returns: Any returns made outside the approved warranty process may incur additional costs.
Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be rejected.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued within 3-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Once processed, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Warranty Policy

Thank you for purchasing SimPure products. SimPure provides a 1-year limited warranty on all eligible SimPure products purchased from simpurelife.com and SimPure authorized resellers.

1. What does this limited warranty cover?

SimPure warrants that each SimPure product you purchase is free from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

2. How long will the warranty last?

The warranty period for SimPure products is 12 months from the day when the product is shipped to the first end-user.

A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

3. What will SimPure do?

During the Warranty Period, SimPure will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

4. What is not covered by this warranty?

Defects caused by incorrect use or improper installation not following the product manual instructions;
Defects caused by unauthorized modification, repairs, disassembly, or use with third-party components or products;
The serial number has been removed or defaced from the SimPure product;
Damages caused by lightning, fire, earthquake, tornado, or other events of force majeure;
Consumables parts, including but not limited to batteries unless damage is due to defects in material or workmanship of the product;
SimPure products purchased from an unauthorized reseller;
Damage caused by third-party service providers who are not authorized by SimPure;
Fail to provide proof of purchase that you are the authorized user of the product;
Any non-SimPure branded products, even if sold or shipped with SimPure products;
Products marked as “Sample” or “Not for Sale”, or sold “AS IS”;
This warranty cannot be transferred from the original end-user to others;
Any indirect or consequential damages or losses resulting from the product failure such as loss of data and loss of business.

Fit for MS6 ONLY, not for other brand or other model air purifier. Please make sure the filter matches your air purifier.

3-Stage Filtration

3-Stage filtration design: Pre-filter, TRUE HEPA filter and Activated Carbon filter captures particles as small as 0.3 microns, including pet dander, pet hair, odor, dust, smoke, pollen, and VOC's.

Storage & Use

The filter should be stored in a dry place to avoid moisture. Please remove the plastic packaging before placing the new filter into air purifier.

Notice

The average life of this filter replacement is 4 to 6 months base on the use and air environment. In order to keep it on the best purify performance we suggest you replace the filter after 4 month of use.
